Zak Brown is so chill. He truly is one of the boys. Christian Horner is candid and open about a lot of things but he still has this aura of seniority. Toto is even less approachable and reserved, Binotto is a clown so you wouldn't wanna talk to him anyway, but Zak you feel like you could come up to and talk about anything and he wouldn't hold any of it against you. I am not surprised McLaren is progressing so well under his supervision, because it looks to me like the atmosphere in the team is that of complete freedom and leisure, but without sacrificing the work and performance. Everybody looks like they're glad that they are there and happy that they are doing what they are doing.

*(Side note: I'd be super grateful if people could like this so the channel admin see!)* It'd be really great if accurate subtitles/closed captions could be added so that people can understand what's going on a bit better (as autogenerated often doesn't make sense and throws up weird sentences) - I have an auditory processing disorder and my friend is partially deaf, we are both huge fans and love watching McLaren unboxed but sometimes it can be hard to work out what's going on without captions (but we still love seeing the inner workings of the team so keep it up!)

Shame Lando and Riccardo don't really hang around each other. Obviously they get along and there is a bit of an age gap. But it just seems they are in different places all the time. I know Daniel is pretty ruthless when it comes to some of his comments, that's typical Australian banter. (I'm Australian) I think Lando just doesn't get it sometimes and thinks it's a slander against his age and experience. I'm sure they respect each other though. Both are great drivers and I'm sure McLaren will do well this year
